Refund Policy of Good Life X

1. Introduction

At Good Life X, we are committed to delivering impactful and personalized business transformation through the Thrive Canvas service. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling.

Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Clients are eligible for a full refund if:

1) A written cancellation request is submitted at least 60 hours before the first scheduled session.

2) No part of the Thrive Canvas service has been delivered yet.

3) The request is submitted in writing to connect@goodlifex.com.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

1) Cancellation is requested less than 60 hours before the session time are non-refundable; however, the session may be rescheduled to a later date..

2) The program has already started, in part or in full.

3) You do not attend or miss sessions without prior notice.

4) Dissatisfaction arises due to reasons unrelated to service delivery or outside the agreed scope.

Partial Refunds

In rare and justifiable cases, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of Good Life X, based on:

1) How much of the program has been delivered

2) Administrative and service costs already incurred

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

Include: your name, date of payment, scheduled session date, and reason for the request

Requests are reviewed within 14 business days

Refund Policy
